Pricing, ratings, and other figures

• Prices are a snapshot.We record each vendor’s published entry-level price, along with the billing cycle it belongs to, on a stated verification date. Vendors restructure plans and change prices with no notice to us. Enterprise and negotiated pricing is private and we have no visibility into it.
• Ratings come from G2and reflect that platform’s user base at the time we checked. Review-platform scores carry known selection bias.
• We do not hands-on test every tool in every industry context, and we say so on our methodology page. Our comparisons are research-led, not lab-tested.

Treat every number here as a starting point for your own shortlist. If a figure matters to your decision, confirm it with the vendor.
